9.5ish. We warmed up, but not as much as usual. My right quad was really hurting yesterday and I was having trouble walking on it, but today it felt better. I talked to the trainer, and he stretched my leg out and I didn't feel any pain, so he said it was okay to run on, but to be cautious on the fast stuff. The workout today was 2X800m at I pace with 2 min. recovery, 3X400m at R, 4X200m at R. The first 800m went great, but it was downhill for 400m, and I ran a 2:11. My next one was opposite, and it didn't go that good. 2:22. My quad started to hurt here, and I shoud've just stopped, but didn't for some reason. 400s were okay. 1:02, 1:03, and 1:00. The 200s went well all were 28, but that was max effort, which is a problem. Cool down, then 5 miles when I got home.
